Q: "How many years of experience do you have?"

A: "I have been doing this since I was 22, so that's around 23 years of classic car sales now."

Q: "When did you develop a love for classic cars, or muscle cars in particular?"

A: "I think as a young kid, my Dad had a 1931 Ford Model A with a rumble rear seat. I remember sitting back there all the time. I think that's where it started. The first car I learned to drive in was a 1954 Chevy, so there's that too."

Q: "In regards to your job position, what are your strengths? What are you especially good at?"

A:  "I'd say reading, communicating, and leading my team. I'm really good at seeing the quality of a car and the kind of person it will attract. I'm also down to earth, I make no excuses and, like I said, I really care about my team."

Q: "What do you feel is special or unique about yourself and what qualifications do you bring that are a benefit to Coyote Classics?"

A: "I feel like I care about my customers and my team as much as I do about myself. My joy, my real joy is to see my team members grow as people and to see the smiles on customer's faces."

Q: "When it comes to the cars, what are your specialties?"

A: "I just am good at instantly telling the quality of a car, who it's intended for and why. I'm also good at driving them, you know, shifting, bringing them to the limits!"

Q: "What are some of your accomplishments?"

I. "Just watching the change in our employee's lives after working here."

II. "Starting with a $1,000 dollar car and then building a company to this caliber from the ground up."
